It is often said that golfers spend at least 40% of their time on the greens. That's quite a large percentage, considering that only one club is used during that time. This is why it is essential for any serious golfer to own a high-quality putter, one that will help to quickly sink the ball.

Not every golfer can afford to buy the most expensive golf clubs, though. There are a lot of very wealthy golfers who can purchase whatever type of clubs they would like, whenever they would like; however, most people are not lucky enough to be in that type of situation. Fortunately, there are some excellent discount golf clubs available-like Bionik putters, for example-that are just as nice as the more expensive clubs.

Bionik has been selling clubs for several years now, but this year they released their best series of clubs yet. It is called the 500 series of Bionik putters, and it really does rival the top, most expensive brands in quality-without charging an arm and a leg. Bionik putters are more affordable than just about any on the market-clubs start at less than $30, and the clubheads cost less than $15. However, Bionik doesn't sacrifice quality for cost-these putters offer state-of-the-art design and performance and astoundingly good looks.

There are five different designs in the 500 serious of Bionik putters. This will allow each and every golfer to select the best style that is right for him. Here are the five types: Bionik 501: These Bionik putters are available for right- or left-handed putting. There is a weight of 355g in the head. This is probably the cleanest-looking of all of the putters in this series because it has low-key alignment marks.

Bionik 502: These are also semi-mallet types; however, these are designed to be heel-shafted so as to give a little help to golfers who occasionally hit a little off-center. This style offers red insert frames in the shape of trapezoids that help golfers align the ball. The head of this model weighs only 330g, and it is sold for both right- and left-handed putting.

Bionik 503: The bright red trapezoid shapes are here in the 503 Bionik putters, like the 502; however, this model has a full mallet design with an emphasis on the rear (the weight is in the rear). Either right- or left-handed putting can be done with the 503 since both versions are sold. Golfers who prefer a heavier head will like this model, as the head weight is 355g.

Bionik 504: The 504 model is a heel-shafted mallet style with a lightweight head that weighs only 335g. These Bionik putters offer the boldest and brightest red insert trapezoids out of all of the styles in the 500 series. This model is available in both right- and left-handed versions.

Bionik 505: The 505 is the heaviest in the 500 series, with a head weight of 360g. It has a hollow-bodied design with bright red trapezoid alignment shapes. These Bionik putters are the only ones that are not available in left-handed versions.

Don't make the mistake of assuming that discount golf clubs are inferior to other, pricier clubs just because of their cost. Bionik putters are among the best in the entire golf business. Many longtime golfers likely wouldn't even realize that the club you have is a discount model because the zinc along with the black and red accents looks so high-quality!

It isn't looks that really matters in golf, though-it's performance. Golfers can trust that Bionik putters deliver on this aspect from the very first putt. Any golfer's game will develop in many ways upon beginning to use a Bionik putter. Sinking putts quickly will become quite easy and accuracy will be greatly improved.
