Golf Club Reviews – Understanding The Clubs

In order to play a full round of golf you will need several golf clubs and to determine the best available golf club reviews can be very helpful. A review will detail the advantages and disadvantages of that club. You do need to have some information about golf clubs first as there are some features that are found on all clubs.
Iron golf clubs are considered to be very versatile and can be used for several different shots while a wood is strictly from long distances and a putter is for the short shot to the cup.
The loft of each club will differ and this loft which is defined as the angle between the club's face and the vertical plane is needed to get the ball into the air and off of the tee. A combination of backspin and compression is needed in order to achieve liftoff. The swing provides the compression and the groves on the club face will create backspin.
There is a maximum number of clubs that you can take onto the golf course is fourteen. The types of clubs that you take are different for all the players though in general people will take a pitching wedge, putter, woods, a sand wedge, driver and several irons. Many people also like to use hybrids because they are easier to use than irons.
A golf club will have a shaft that is generally a tube that is made of steel or graphite. Shafts can be a flex which refers to the bend of the shaft when you are swing. A stiffer club with less flex will give need power when hitting while a higher flex shaft is better for a slower swing as you do not need as much power. Clubs come with a variety of flex numbers.
The shaft will flex when you swing and a stiffer club that has less flex will require more power to hit the ball while a more flexible shaft will need less power to have the same effect.
