Kapalua Resort, located about 10 miles north of Lahaina, is the pride of Maui's northwest shore that covers over 23,000 acres of Hawaiian beauty. Single family homes and estates range in price from $2.4 million to $19.5 million. Home sites range in price from $1.3 million to $4.5 million.
